  1. Great itinerary! I only have been to Verona, Venice, Lago de Garda and Sicily in Italy so far but definitely want to visit Rome and Florence in the future. Maybe I can add Bologna and Naples as well. Train travel seems like a great option to get around.

It’s definitely one of the easiest ways to travel around and experience many cities! Hope you get back to Italy soon 🙂

  2. I’m going to be living in Florence for two months next year! Hopefully I can organise some weekend trips to these places.

My mum is coming over to meet me and to travel italy for a month so this itinerary will come in handy for helping me to plan her trip!

Florence for two months – how exciting! You’ll definitely have to hop a train and travel to some of the other cities in Italy, and beyond!

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
