  1. It’s really hard to pick a favorite Greek island. I went to Santorini, Mykonos, Milos, Crete and Hydra and each has their awesomeness. But, if I really had to choose, I’d pick Santorini and Crete.
Having said that, the mainland destinations are awesome too. My favorite would be Litochoro, a small town at the foot of Olympus Mountain, and I do like Athens. 30 days traveling Greece and I still wish I had more time to explore more. It’s a fascinating destination!

  2. There are just too many Greek islands that you can visit. If time is a constraint to you, you will have to pick just 2 or 3 of them. We went to Santorini and Paros. Santorini’s view is breathtaking especially in Oia. Fira is nice place to get your souvenir and a hike from Fira to Oia but unfortunately we stopped at Imerovigli. We stayed in Parissa, famous its black sand beach.

While in Paros, we took time to explore the different towns on the island, starting from Parikia, Naoussa, then Marpissa and Lefkes. We enjoyed roaming around Marpissa and Lefkes.

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
