  1. Great post! Really helpful. I have been debating if I should take the chance to solo travel, but I have heard how rewarding it is.

    • Definitely! I have a bunch of different solo female travel guides to offer any insight or answer any questions you may have 🙂

  2. I remember how my parents where pretty worried about letting me go abroad by myself for the first time (by now luckily they´ve gotten used to it). I also find that it is the biggest challenge, such as not getting discouraged yourself, when everybody tells you what COULD happen. There are always risks, but those you also have in everyday life at home, you just don´t tend to think about them.
Thanks for putting it all in one great post!

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
