I stayed on Copacabana some years ago,but not at Mardi Gras time.Did go to a Samba School tho.
I dragged my friends to the Hippodromo too-where I made a killing on a horse named “Valerie”.
She almost paid for the whole 10 days there.

I went to Rio a year ago, but I just stay there for a weekend (due to a professional training course), and it´s a shame I just had time to hit the Copacabana beach and enjoy the sea and sun! As a good brazilian, I don´t live without a cafezinho (twice per day) and a yummy pão de queijo! I hope to come back there soon for a real tour (I live just 45 mins by plane from Rio!).
    Nice blog!

    • Thanks so much! Cafezinho is life 😉

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
