    Hey Kiersten,

We were in Siem Reap a few months ago and spent 3 days touring the temples -took it nice and slow 🙂 Our favourite was Banteay Srei – agree with you completely about the drive, especially on the way out since we left really early. Saw the palm sugar being made on the road side and tasted some too. Had dinner at Koulen II too – didn’t like it much but then we weren’t expecting much either 🙂

    Cheers !

    • Great to have had 3 days! Such a wonderful experience. So glad you got to go!

  2. I visited the temples in Cambodia too, but its many years ago. Really loved them, one of the most amazing places I have ever been to. It’s incredible how they are built!

    • Not sure exactly how long ago many, many year ago is, but I’m so jealous! I’m sure it was less touristy then!

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
