  1. I went to Iceland in Winter of 2014 and it truly was amazing!
I’m (hopefully) going again this August. I’m really excited to see the contrast in the two seasons!

  2. An interesting read! I actually thought Iceland might be quieter in Summer as it rules out seeing the Northern Lights but I’m guessing the better weather makes it just as popular, or even more so, as winter! I was considering visiting this summer, not sure now though, as I prefer to avoid the crowds….

    • I was a little surprised too! But less crowds is always a plus 😉

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
