  1. Thank you so much for this amazing blog. You have eased my concerns! It’s such an intimidating thing to know that I’m going to embark on a solo journey to an unknown land far from where I am from, but my fear is not greater than my desire…not even in comparison! The only way to be fearless is to face fear head on! I am tremendously grateful, thank you for doing what you do lol. To Thailand! I’m also going to Bali & Cambodia…wish me luck! Have a good day!

  2. Hi Kierstan,

I’m so glad I came across your blog! I’m planning to solo travel to Thailand in September for 13 days/12 nights. My current itinerary is 3 days in Bangkok, 4 days in Ko Samui, 3 days in Phuket, and 3 days in Phi Phi Island. Do you have any recommendations regarding my itinerary and where I should spend more/less time. You rock!!
    Thanks!

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
