  2. I wish I had of read this before I flew across the ocean to Australia! I ended up drinking too much alcohol and eating garbage on the plane.. it’s been a week now and I can’t detox from it all! How do you deal with bloating and constipation?

    • Great question! I usually make a big effort to eat really well once I’m home, and drink a TON of water and herbal teas. I usually stick to a diet of veggies, fish and fruit when I’m not traveling- well, and bread! 😉

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
