  1. Love this post! When I go back to Europe to travel, i’ll definitely be doing it on a rail pass! I always opt for trains. I caught a train from Venice to Rome (taking 6 hours) but the train went through Tuscany and it was a beautiful view the whole way there!

  2. My sister and I traveled around Europe a few years ago and primarily used trains. We did the Flexi pass and it was super easy and the trains were pretty comfortable. It worked great for us, as we were traveling on a whim and didn’t know how long we would want to spend in each location. With the Flexi pass, we could make arrangements as we went which was awesome!

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
