  1. This post is perfect! First of all I love anything to do with food. But also I’m moving to Laos this summer and have heard their food is a lot like Thai food and being so close to Thailand i’m sure I will be making a few trips that way!

    • I didn’t make it to Laos on this trip but I’ve heard AMAZING things! I want to do a few of these Street Food posts for the different counties I’ve been too. Cambodia and Vietnam also have delicious markets and street food! I’m sure you’ll get to travel around to some of the bordering countries 🙂

  2. Wow that purple rice looks … interesting?! Actually I had a really hard time finding coconut rice in Thailand, which is weird because we always have it in Thai restaurants back home (Australia). Great post 🙂

    • Yes, purple rice! I realized a lot of Thai places back home in California serve up a lot of stuff that isn’t Thai… but they’re still delicious! Can’t complain haha!

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
