  1. Awesome! I was drooling up until those pics of the bugs haha. We have some street food like that in Korea, they’re silk worms called bondegi. Ugh. But the sweet purple sticky rice is my fave in Thai restaurants back home, can’t wait to eat the real stuff when I’m in Thailand next year. Thanks for the info! 🙂

    • Haha! Yes I couldn’t get into the bugs either. Have an awesome time in Thailand! Eat your heart out!

Loved how your article came out. Maybe we could try and make some of the dishes at home. But not the bugs :{!!

    • Pad Thai- Yes. Fried giant water bugs- No.

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
