  1. I’m an avid runner and pretty much all the time try squeeze a run in my travels. Whether in the city, mountains,etc.. Just don’t do it in the mornings as I prefer to scout the evening before. That or because I’m too lazy to wake up really early 🙂

  2. Great ideas. Usually when I am traveling I am spending a lot more time walking around, climbing up stairs, and taking hikes than I normally do at home so I don’t feel so bad about not hitting the gym. When I am staying with friends, I will take advantage of their gyms and aim at squeezing in a workout with them. Other than that, I carry a travel yoga mat and I find doing a little yoga at the end of the day helps to ease and stretch out tired travel muscles.
Thanks for all of your ideas!

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
