  1. I like to sightseeing runs, but I don’t think it’s good for your body and muscles when you do this when you are going to travel for three or four months. Because then you are already walking more than you normally do. And then when you are going to run too, I think you overload your muscles. But when I am going for a short trip (like three days or something) I think this is a really great way to see the city where you are

  2. When I’m exploring a new city, I always try to walk everywhere. You can really see more if you are walking there on the ground than if you are taking a subway to everywhere. If I’m traveling somewhere where is just a beach and a pool, I try to go running every morning. I do that at home too and I think it’s so nice to run along beaches when the weather is still a little bit cooler.

Spending a year abroad sounds exciting… until you see the planning involved.

Flights, edits, contracts, itineraries — not to mention the admin of being a mom. I’m usually running everything at once, so having a laptop that can keep up makes a huge difference.

I’ve been using an AMD Ryzen AI–powered laptop to keep everything organized, run AI tools even when WiFi isn’t available, and work from wherever we happen to be in the world.

So I can finish what I need to do… and get back to what’s most important ❤️
